Start am Nordrand von Mittelheim (Oestrich-Winkel). Durch die Weinberge geht es nach Kiedrich und von dort hinauf auf die Bubenhäuser Höhe mit tollem Blick auf Wiesbaden/Mainz und den Rheingau. Von dort an Rauenthal vorbei auf schönen Trails durch den Eltviller Wald zurück nach Kiedrich. Durch die Weinberge zurück zum Start.
