Wenn es Vollmond zusammen mit Schneelage gibt, und es klar und trocken ist, dann bietet das Forstamt Weißenburg eine fach- und sachkundige Wanderung durch den mondbeschienen Weißenburger Forst an. Am 12.01.2009, einen Tag nach Vollmond, gab es wieder eine solche Führung.
