Eine kleine Feierabendrunde über die Winzerer Höhen nach Etterzhausen und am Südufer der Naab wieder zurrück nach Regensburg. Diese Tour ist nicht besonders anstrengend, dennoch gibt es eine kurze heftige Steigung über den Schelmergraben zu den Winzerer Höhen. Hier hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aus 448 Höhenmeter über ganz Regensburg.
