Ausgangspunkt ist das die Bikestation Free Motion in Playa del Ingles. Von dort geht es gleich lange aufwärts nach Fataga-Ayacata-Artenara (rd. 2000hm). Danach gehts lange runter durch das Tal der Tränen nach San Nicolas jetzt kommt noch ein längerer Anstieg und danach gehts nach Mogan und später die Küstenstraße entlang bis zum Leuchturm von Maspalomas und danach zum Hotel Ifa Catarina in Playa del Ingles. Diese Strecke ist die zwar die längere Version des Tals der Tränen aber leichter zum fahren als die kürzere Variante mit 127km. Meistens wird diese Runde umgekehrt gefahren. Aber weil wir bereits die kurze schwere Strecke 2 Tage vorher gefahren sind, wollten wir sie sofahren. Die Runde ist sehr anstrengend. Das Haushalten mit den Kräften ist jedenfalls angesagt.
