Start am Nordrand von Mittelheim. Durch den Lieblingsweinberg der Eberbacher Mönche geht es vorbei am Schwarzen Häuschen (am Wochenende bewirtschaftet) in den Wald. Durch das Kisselbachtal hinauf zum Rheinhöhenweg und dann bis zum höchsten Punkt des Rheingaugebirges (Kalte Herberge 619m). Anschließen auf vielen Singletrails wieder zum Ausgangspunkt.
