Eine Rundtour von der Kölner Bucht in die Eifel. Überwiegend flache Tour mit einem moderaten Anstieg über 5 km. Ausschließlich (fast) verkehrsarme Straßen. Lediglich auf der Bergstrecke Münstereifel (5 km) ist an Feiertagen bei schönem Wetter stärkerer Motoradverkehr.
Einkehrmöglichkeiten in Bad Münstereifel, Vier Winde (Kurtenberg) und Rheinbach.
