Gestartet wird zwischen Alvesen und Vahrendorf (Parkplatz unterhalb der Kajüte).
Der steiler Teil der Tour sind die ersten ca. 8km mit einem der steilsten Trails in den Haburger Bergen. Der zweite Teil hat zwei klasse Abfahrten, eine technische und eine schnelle.

A/ Abfahrt Marmstorf, von dort Richtung Wildpark Schwarze Berge (ist ausgeschildert), am Wildpark vorbei an der nächsten Kreuzung rechts bis zum Restaurant "Kajüte". Dort links runter bis zum Parkplatz in der Kurve. Von hier geht die Runde los.
