Zwei Schleifen um den Rheinturm (in Form einer Acht)
Nördliche Schleife:
Über die Rheinuferpromenade vorbei an der Altstadt, über die Oberkasseler Brücke auf die "Schääl Sick", zurück über Kniebrücke zum Rheinturm.
Südliche Schleife:
Vorbei an den Gehry-Bauten über die Hammer Straße nach "Kappes-Hamm", der Bahnlinie folgen bis zum Rhein, am Golfplatz den Düsseldorfer Hafen umrunden, an der Fußgängerbrücke die Hafeneinfahrt überqueren und zurück zum Rheinturm.
