Dieser Weg führt durch die legendäre Subach. Dort geschah am 19.05.1822 ein Überfall auf die Postkutsche von Giessen nach Gladenbach durch 8 arme Bauern und Tagelöhner aus der Umgebung. Heute soll die Region eher friedlich und ehrlich sein.
Aber auch der weniger spektakuläre Weg führt durch tolle Landschaften im Lahn-Dill-Bergland. Der höchste Punkt ist die Koppe bei Erdhausen mit einem Aussichtsturm.
