Rundkurs Münstertal - Schauinsland - Wiedener Eck - Münstertal.
Warmfahren im Münstertal bis zum Spielweg. Anschließend folgt der sehr harte Anstieg zum Schauinsland über den gefürchteten "Stohren". Hier sind einige Rampen von 15-18% Steigung zu überwinden. Kurze Abfahrt vom Stohren und anschließend der restliche Anstieg zum Schauinsland. Abfahrt nach Todnau und Anfahrt zum Wiedener Eck über Utzenfeld/Wieden. Vom Wiedener Eck herrliche Abfahrt zurück ins Münstertal.
Option: Vom Wiedener Eck zum Belchen.
