Von Maintal-Bischofsheim am Main entlang vorbei an Schloß Phillipsruh nach Hanau Freiheitsplatz. Weiter Richtung Hauptbahnhof, Neuwirtshaus, Bismarkeiche unter A45 hindurch, Forsthaus Wolfgang, bergauf zur Barbarossaquelle.Östlich am Rand von Oberrodenbach vorbei zur Ausflugsgaststätte am Buchberg.
Nach einer Stärkung geht es abwärts Richtung Langenselbold auf den R3, durch die "Bulau" die Kinzig entlang, nach Wilhelmsbad, Hohe Tanne und durch den Wald nach Maintal-Bischofsheim.
