Die Radtour beginnt in Baiersbronn und man radelt bis nach Obertal entweder auf dem Murgradweg oder der L 401 bis zur Abzweigung am Ortsende bei Obertal. Ab hier nimmt man die alte "Ruhesteinstraße" bis zum Ruhestein. Hier oben hat man bis zur Alexanderschanze einen schönen Rad- und Wanderweg. Von der Alexanderschanze bis zum Kniebis kann man den Westweg oder aber die B 500 nehmen. Hier beginnt nun wieder ein schöner teilweise geteerter Radweg bis zum Lauferbrunnen bei Freudenstadt, der sogenannte Salzleckerweg. Von hier bis nach Baiersbronn kann man durch den Wald oder man nimmt ganz einfach die Fahrstraßen bis zum Ausgangspunkt.
