Start in Oestrich an der Bushaltestelle Sportplatzweg. Durch die Weinberge geht es zur Ansbach und hinauf zu den 7-Wegweisern und dem Weißen Turm. Über Ransel und Sauerthal geht es dann hinab nach Lorch.
Da zufälligerweise Tal to Tal ist, geht es auf der B 42 unter gelegentlicher Aufnahme von isotonischen Getränken zurück.
