Auf schönen gemischten Wegen (Teer, Schotter, Trail) nach Monstein. Nach einer Auffahrt über Schotter auf einem Super Trail immer am Hang entlang bis zur abfahrt in die Zügenschlucht. Hier auf der alter Fahrstrasse bis zum Aussichtspunkt und dann steil hinunter und auf einem Trail zur Station Wiesern.
Nach kurzer Teerstrasse wieder auf Trail hinunter zum Fluss Landwasser. Nach der Überquerung des Flusses kurze Schiebepassage und dann auf Feldweg nach Filisur. Von Hier auf teils netten Trails am Fluss weiter bis Tiefencastel.
Zum Ende lange Auffahrt, erst Teer, dann Schotter und zum Schluss Trail über Alvaschein und Tschividains nach Lenzerheide.
