Ein kleiner Rundkurs durch Rhaunelbachtal Richtung Stipshausen und dann Richtung Heuchelheim (Sulzbach).
Die Besonderheit ist die kleine Hammersteigung nach ca. 3,5 km.
Die Strecke führt fast ausschließlich über Feld- und Waldwege.
