angenehme Tour mit wenig Steigungenund teils auf altem Bahndamm im Selzbachtal. Durchweg guter Fahrbelag und klarer Beschilderung. Nach 2/3 der Strecke schöne Einkehr in der Untermühle Köngernheim. Die Altstadt von Alzey ist sehenswert, ebenso das Schloss. von Alzey gibts regelmäßige Bahnverbindungen mit Fahrradmitnahme nach Ingelheim. So lernt man den freundlichen Rheinhesse am Besten kennen.
