Sehr schöne leichte Wandertour mit einigen Steigungen. Höhepunkt der Wanderung ist der Haardtwaldbrunnen, dort kann kostenloses kohlensäurehaltiges Wasser in Flaschen (z.B. Von der Hunsrückhöhenstraße B327 zwischen Morbach und Thalfang muss an der Gaststätte Berghof in Richtung Trier abgebogen werden. Danach sofort rechts Richtung Neumagen-Dhron bis nach Berg.
