Kohlfurth - Wiesenkotten
Dies ist eine Rundtour, sie führt von der Kohlfurth aus in richtung Wuppertal Cronenberg, über den Sudberg, ins Morsbachtal. Von dort aus über einen schönen Singeltrail an den Parkplatz der Müngstnerbrücke und oberhalb an der Müngsterbrücke vorbei in Richtung Wiesenkotten. An der Brücke über die Wüpper und über den Solinger Klingenpfath wieder bis zum Strandcafe in die Kohlfurth.
Diese Runde ist ebenfalls kombinierbar mit der Fauna - Kohlfurth Runde ca. 50 km und 1100 hm
Der größte Teil geht über Wander und Wirtschaftswege ein paar Passstücke über Straße und zwei oder drei Singeltrails.
