Gestartet wird in Großalmerode, von dort geht es über Straßen und Feldwege auf den Epteröder Kopf. Anschließend folgt eine Abfahrt bis Uengsterode, von wo es dann über eine geteerte Straße hoch nach Weißenbach geht. Ab hier folgt man verschiedenen Wanderwegen bis hoch auf den hohen Meissner. (Das ist da, wo Frau Holle wohnt :-))
Auf dem hohen Meissner kann man noch einige Touren fahren, um anschließend wieder den gleichen Weg bis Uensterode zurück fährt. Von Uensterode geht es dann in Richtung Erbsmühle, von wo aus man über Forstwege bis unterhalb des Bilsteins fährt.
Zum Schluss noch eine Abfaht bis zum Start und die Tour ist beendet.
