Die Tour beginnt in Lana und führt uns duch die Obstplantagen bis nach Nals. Ab hier geht es bis zum Mendelpass ca. 16 km und im Schnitt 8% iger Steigung bis zum Mendelpass bergauf. Hinunter nach Fondo und anschliessend wieder bergauf bis nach "unsere liebe Frau im Walde", wir überqueren den Gampenpass (1550m) und fahren 18km bergab nach Lana.
