Die Tour führt durch die Felder des Kölner Umlandes bis an die Mündung der Erft in den Rhein in Neuss. Zurück geht es über Zons und über den Deichweg nach Leverkusen.

Kurz hinter Rommerskirchen Richtung Grevenbroich wird empfohlen auf der B 59 zu bleiben. Der Track führt ein kurzes Stück über einen Feldweg. Es ist nur ein wenig uneben, aber es lässt sich fahren.
Hinter Holzheim führt der Weg kurz vor der Erprather Mühle ca. 300 m über leicht groben Schotter. Wer Angst um sein Rad hat, sollte anders fahren bzw. sein Rad schieben.
