Start und Ziel für diese Roundtour ist der Marktplatz in Bad Bramstedt.
Durch eine abwechslungsreiche und wunderschöne Naturlandschaft radeln wir bis zur Keramikstadt Kellinghusen entlang der Bramau. Vorbei an weiten Feldern und überschatteten Waldflächen geht es an Wrist vorbei zur Stellauer Kirche, eine Feldsteinkirche aus dem 13. Jahrhundert. Weiter bis Mönkloh, hier kann man auf dem Waldlehrpfad Hasselbusch eine Rast einlegen. Kurz vor Mönkloh gibt es die kleinste Kirche Schleswig-Holsteins, die Waldkapelle, von dort geht es direkt zurück nach Bad Bramstedt.
Die Strecke hat keine größeren Steigungen und verläuft auf asphaltierten oder festen Sand- oder Wirtschaftswegen.
