Die Tour geht fast ausschließlich über befestigte Straßen (Land- u. Kreisstraßen) in Richtung der Kraftwerke von Niederaußem und Frimmersdorf. Der Baunkohletagebau hinter den Kraftwerken um Bedburg herum wird umrundet. Über Stommeln und Sinnersdorf geht es durch Köln-Esch und Chorweiler zurück zum Ausgangspunkt in Leverkusen.

- Start Friedhofsparkplatz an der Manforter Str. in Leverkuen
- Neulandpark, Rheinbrücke (rechte Seite benutzen), Fühlinger See
- Seeberg, Heimersdorf, Volkhoven/Weiler, Lindweiler, Auweiler, Orr
- Pulheim, Geyer, Manstedten, Fliesteden, Buisdorf, Oberaußem
- Quadrath-Ichendorf, Zieverich, Paffendorf, Glesch, an Bedburg vorbei,
- Industriepark Mühlenerft, Rath, Hüchelhoven, Rommerskirchen,
- Stommeln, Sinnersdorf, Esch/Auweiler, Weiler, Chorweiler, Fühlinger See,
- Ford Werke, Leverkusener Rheinbrücke, Radweg an der Dhünn, Stadtpark
- Ziel liegt an der Manforter Str. in Höhe des Friedhofparkplatzes
