Rennradrunde ab Hannover zunächst oft über Feldwege bis zum Hildesheimer Wald und dann über die "Berge" bis Alfeld. Hier kann man gut Zwischentanken um den Rückweg in Richtung Elze über Mehle (Tipp: Einkehr im Waldbrunnen!), Schulenburg und Pattensen anzutreten. Alles zumeist auf Feldwegen oder verkehrsarmen Straßen. Und... was nehmen wir da natürlich noch mit? Klar: die Bergwertung an der Marienburg!
