Die Tour führt ab Etelsen über Posthausen/Stelle - Zwischenstop am Flugplatz - , Richtung Hellwege. Dann geht es ein wenig - ca. 2 km - über Sandwege. Über Völkersen und Dahlbrügge führt der Weg nach Daverden. Von dort geht es durch die 'Alte-Aller' Niederungen zurück nach Etelsen zum Startpunkt.
