Vom Parkplatz Schwabengrund nahe der Gemeinde Lauterburg beginnt diese kurze Wanderung. In einem Rundkurs kann man meherer Höhlen (Finsteres Loch, Große Scheuer). Im westlichen Teil des Rundkurses kann man auf der Ruine Rosenstein eine herrliche Aussicht genießen. Auch die Dreieingangshöhle und Kleine Scheuer sind hier zu besichtigen.
