Halbe Rurtal Radweg von Winterberg nach Fröndenberg. Die ersten 30 Kilometer bergab nach Bestwig auf teilweise sehr schönen unbefestigten Wegen. Danach auf meist asphaltierten Radwegen durch das schöne Ruhrtal.
Nette Tagesstrecke mit vielen Einkehrmöglichkeiten, die keine technischen Fähigkeiten benötigt.
