Z Rivy jedeme směrem na Pregassinu po staré cestě, pak odbočujeme na Ledro. Cesta je dobře značená. Po objetí jezera Ledro dále směr Locca, Enguisa, v Tares odbočujeme směr Ref. Nino Pernici (dobře značené po celou dobu až nahoru). Drtivá většina je po asfaltě, dojezd cca 3 km po šotolině a lesní cestě. Sjezd z refugia je v rozsahu cca 1 km nazýván Adrenalina downhill (strmý sjezd, zatáčky, hluboká šotolina) obtížnější, nicméně jetelný. Zbytek dojezdu je po asfaltě a lesní šotolinové cestě. Nad Gardou záměrně volíme krátký výjezd k dominantě nad městem - Bastillion.
From Riva is taken direction to Pregassina via the old road then to lago di Ledro (first on asphalt then thru stony trial). After crossing Ledro lake take direction towards Locca, Enguisa and before enter Tares go to the right. The road goes mainly on asphalt, last part (cca 3 km) is on stony road. Ref. N. Pernici is well signed all along the way. The beginning of the downhill from refugio is called Adrenalina downhill (the lenght is cca 1 km) but in fact is not so difficult (for cross-country riders of course). Before reaching Garda there is an opportunity to do a short stop at Bastillion - the Garda view point.
