Der Aufstieg zum Haus ist am Anfang easy ab der Kastenalm wirds dann wilder . von der Hütte zum Joch sind tragestrecken. mann kann auch kurz nach dem Joch über den Wilde Bande Steig zur Pfeißhütte und nch Scharnitz abfahren aber schaut anstrengend aus!. die Abfahrt vom Joch ist in ordnung aber Vorsicht bei den herrenhäusern wirst richtig steil.
