Schöne, entspannte MTB-Rundtour von Pulheim über Köln-Esch nach Köln-Roggendorf, Richtung Dormagen-Hackenbroich, wobei zwei mal die A57 unterfahren wird, vorbei am Kloster Knechtsteden, welches zur kleinen Rast einlädt, über die Felder vorbei am Golf & Country Club Velderhof, über Pulheim-Stommeln zurück nach Pulheim. Diese Tour verläuft überwiegend auf Straßen und Radwegen und kann bei schönem Wetter mit jeder Art von Fahrrad gefahren werden.
