Forstweg bis PR-TF-43, dann genialer Wanderweg durch Lavageröllhalden. Super schöne Ausblicke. Ödes Stück Straße bis zur Vulkanauffahrt. Super Geniale Schleife mit Blick auf den Teide und die umliegenden Inseln. Erste Schleife über den Vulkan kann man sich sparen, Schiebepassage über Lavageröll bis zurück auf den Wanderweg. Dann Biken über den Wolken vom Feinsten. Zurück über die Staße, kurz Wasser tanken am Refugio, dann über schöne lockere Forstpisten in Richtung Ausgangpunkt. Kurzes Stück Waldtrail zum Schluss bis zum Parkplatz.
