Los geht´s am Alten Meßplatz in Mannheim in Richtung Feudenheim hinaus. Nachdem Feudenheim durchquert und die Autobahn passiert ist geht es auf Feldwegen zwischen Heddesheim und Ladenburg nach Heidelberg. Man kommt dabei am Hegehof vorbei, der im Sommer ein Maislabyrinth bietet (siehe Link für Infos). In Heidelberg fährt man durch das Neuenheimer Feld am Freibad und Zoo vorbei über die Neckarbrücke. Die Altstadt ist von hier nicht mehr weit, falls ein Abstecher erwünscht ist. Von Heidelberg geht es nach Wieblingen, Edingen, Neckarhausen, Neckarplatten und Seckenheim zurück nach Mannheim zum Alten Meßplatz.

Startpunkt ist der Alte Meßplatz in Mannheim (68167). Mit den Straßenbahnen 1,2,3 und 4 an der Station Alte Feuerwache aussteigen. Mit dem Auto am besten auf dem neuen Meßplatz parken.
