Abfahrt in Hamm Ortsmitte. Über Wissen in Richtung Gebhardshain. In Altenbrendebach links ab Richtung Mittelhof. In Mittelhof kurz vor dem Mobilheimpark rechts ab in den Waldweg und dann immer geradeaus. Wenn man aus dem Wald kommt, kurz an einem Feld vorbei und dann links wieder in den Wald. Es geht hinunter nach Scheuerfeld. Über Walmenroth hinauf nach Katzwinkel. Nach dem Berg rechts ab. Dann immer geradeaus bis zum Kirchener Schwimmbad. Hier links runter nach Grindel und an der Hauptstr. dann links bis zum Aldi. Beim Aldi die Hauptstr. verlassen und in den mittleren Waldweg hinein. Dieser führt schließlich wieder auf die Höhe nach Katzwinkel. Am Flugplatz vorbei, die K94 überqueren und dann nach wenigen Metern links ab am Wald vorbei. Über Alsenthal, Elkhausen und durchs Bröltal wieder nach Wissen und dann zurück nach Hamm.
