Das Rennfeld ist eigentlich immer eine Wanderung wert. Der Aufstieg kann manchmal schweißtreibend sein aber für das Panorama, das der Gipfel bietet, ist es das auf jeden Fall wert. Das Ottokar Kernstock Haus hat einen neuen Pächter, super Service, leckeres Essen, nette Atmosphäre.

Wenn man nach Pernegg reinfährt vor der Kirche rechts abbiegen. Dann immer geradeaus bis man zu einem kleinen Wanderparkplatz kommt.
