    entspannte Küstenwanderung

    Wer einen Mietwagen hat, beginnt mit der Tour besser erst ab Souda, denn bis dahin nur Straße (mit mäßigem Verkehr). Das Dorf Karo Rodakino ist nicht besonders sehenswert, deshalb die Tour besser in der Taverne am Strand Korakas beenden und von dort mit dem Taxi zurück (wir haben bis Plakias 25,- € gezahlt) oder wieder zurück nach Souda laufen und die Wanderung in der dortigen Taverne ausklingen lassen. Der schönste Abschnitt ist zwischen Souda und Korakas. Die Strecke ist leicht begehbar (Schotterstraße) und mit herrlicher Sicht auf das Meer. Wir können die Tour sehr empfehlen.
