Die Runde fahre ich vom Naturschwimmbad in Niederhonnefeld aus im Uhrzeigersinn nach Strassenhaus, Kurtscheidt und dann vom Isenstein ( Aussichtspunkt ) einen Steilen Singel Trail ins Fockenbachtal. Die Bremsen sollten schon OK sein !.
Im Sommer wenn das Naturschwimmbad geöffnet hat kann man zum Abschluss der kleinen Runde sich im Schwimmbad erfrischen oder was trinken.
