Vom Kieler Hauptbahnhof geht es die nächsten 30 km direkt an der Ostsee auf gut ausgebauten Radwegen entlang. Das nächstes Highlight ist der 133m hohe Hessenstein mit seinem Aussichtsturm.
In Lütjenburg kann für sein leibliches Wohl sorgen.
Danach geht es teils auf Radwegen teils auf wenig befahrenen Landstraßen über Preetz zurück nach Kiel.
