Der grenzübergreifende, ca. 125 km lange Jakobsweg Isar-Loisach-Leutascher Ache-Inn schließt die Verbindung zwischen Münchner, Südostbayerischem und Tiroler Jakobsweg. Er verläuft ab Kloster Schäftlarn entlang an Isar und Loisach, über Gelting, Beuerberg, Penzberg und Bichl, vorbei am Kloster Benediktbeuern, an Kochel- und Walchensee durch die Alpenwelt Karwendel mit Wallgau, Krün und Mittenwald in die Olympiaregion Leutasch-Seefeld, der Leutascher Ache folgend, bis hinunter nach Mötz im Tiroler Inntal. Bedeutend dabei sind religiöse, kulturelle und kunsthistorische Aspekte, eingebettet in abwechslungsreiche Landschaft.
