Eine wirklich nette Runde an der Bergischen Lebensader, der Wupper. Nach einer steilen Abfahrt geht es ca. 10 Km entlang der Wupper bis nach Solingen-Unterburg. Von dort aus dann in Richtung Müngsten stetig bergauf, wobei man auch an der absolut sehenswerten Müngstener Brücke vorbeikommt.
