Start ist beim Nocky-Flitzer auf der Turracher Höhe, dem Barbara Weg folgend bis zum alten Bergwerk. Dort am Bach den linken Weg nehmen und mit dem Anstieg beginnen.
Nun geht es am Grat entlang bis zum Gipfelkreuz des Rinsennock.
Der Abstieg geht über den Grat zur Bergstation des Sesselliftes und folgt dann dem Zaun bis zur Nase des Kornnock.
Dem beschilderten Abstieg zur Bergstation des Nocky-Flitzers folgend und dann der Lifttrasse hinter folgend.
