Es geht wieder in Freiröttenbach los. Als erstes ist der Anstieg nach Lillinghof von da aus geht es über Forstraßen zur Lillingquelle. Anschließend kommt die eine schnelle Abfahrt nach Weißenohe. Über den Radweg gehts nach Igensdorf und wieder hoch nach Lillinghof. Über den Segelflugplatz , durch die Hohlfuhre nach Germersberg. Weiter über Großbellhofen, durch die Sandgrube nach Schnaittach und zurück über Großbellhofen nach Freiröttenbach.
