Hausrunde von FM richtung Hukvaldy und zurück. Seichter Antieg auf Teer, dann kurz und heftig bergauf. Dann geiler Singletrail z.T. sehr steil bergab. nach dem Steilstück auf Schotter weiter Richtung See/Schwimmbad. Dann auf Teer die letzten 2 KM zurück in die Stadt.
