Von Sant Pere Pescador in Richtung Torroella de Montgri. Es wird überwiegend auf Schotterpisten gefahren. Von dort flach auf Fahrradwegen entlang des Flusses El Ter in Richtung Foixa.
Hinter Foixa auf Pfadspuren San Joan de Mollet
Nun wieder entlang des Flusses El Ter auf Nebenstraßen und Schotter/Erdpisten über die Hügelkette nach Albons und zurück nach Sant Pere Pescador.
