Die Radtour führt über Unna - Kessebüren ins Lippeland. Das sehenswerte Schloss Hovestadt in Herzfeld gilt als Juwel der Lipperenaissance - erstmalig 1292 urkundlich erwähnt. Die Radtour führt entlang der Lippe durch den Ort Cappel / Lippstadt vorbei am Margaretensee und zahlreichen Baggerseen bis nach Delbrück. Radfahrerisch ist die Strecke nicht sonderlich anspruchsvoll. Bei guter Kondition kann man die Strecke an einem Tag auch wieder zurück fahren.
