Die Tour ist eine angenehme Einsteigertour mit Allem was das Mountainbiken ausmacht. Insbesondere die Aussichten in die Umgebung sind beeindruckend. Start der Tour ist am Posthotel in Usseln. Über einen angenehmen Schotterweg geht es in Richtung Hemmighausen und dann bergauf in einem großen Bogen, mit schönen Aussichten, um Rattlar zu erreichen. Wem der Trail in Richtung Schwalefeld zu schwierig ist, muss ein kurzes Stück schieben, kann dann aber auf dem Rückweg nach Usseln die abwechslungsreichen Wege genießen.
