Start der Tour ist am Hotel Waldschloss in Fohlenplacken. Von hier geht es kurz steil bergauf und dann auf einem herrlichen Panoramaweg nach Neuhaus. Ein Schotterweg führt uns mit einer ertragbaren Steigung bis auf den höchsten Punkt der Tour. Mit zügiger Fahrt geht es dann abwärts in Richtung Fürstenberg und weiter in Richtung Rottmünde. Ein anspruchsvoller Trail führt uns an die Weser. Flussabwärts gelangen wir nach Lüchtringen. Anschießend fahren wir wieder auf Schotter bergauf. Zum Abschluss der Tour geht es auf einem steilen Trail zurück nach Fohlenplacken.
