Es handelt sich um 43km lange Runde die über befestigte Wege führt. Die Runde ist bei Wind und Wetter befahrbar. Man kann an allen möglichen Stellen in die Srecke einsteigen und diese in beiden Richtungen befahren. Nur bei Hochwasser können einige Stellen unbefahrbar werden. Es gibt auf der Strecke auch einige Geocachs zu finden. Dazu am besten auf der Internetseite Geocaching de. oder com. suchen.
