Welliges Profil in den Ausläufern der südlichen Hassberge und Schweinfurter Hinterland. Größtenteils wenig befahrene Landstraßen. Ca. 15 km auf dem Maintalradweg flußaufwärts Richtung Zeil am Main (Bamberg). Abstecher bieten sich an zum Ellertshäuser-, und Sander- Badesee. Gastronomisch bieten Bier- und Wein-Wirtschaften preiswerte Verpflegung. Die Tour ist Allwetter tauglich!
