Start: Zentrum Plauen. Danach an der Elster bis zum Lochbauer. Von da an bergauf bis zum Aussichtspunkt "Mosenturm" an der Talsperre Pöhl (dem vogtländischen Meer).
Danach geht es ins Triebtal. (ein wildromantischer Anblick für Naturfreunde)
Die Trieb mündet in die Weiße Elster. Dementsprechend führt die Tour wieder ins Elstertal (Elstertalbrücke), an die Barthmühle. Talauswärts führt die Strecke dann nach Jößnitz via Steinsdorf zurück nach Plauen.
