Start und Ziel ist das Sportgelände in Rain. Nach einer kurzen Asphaltstrecke geht es dann auch gleich links in den Wald und weiter Richtung Puchhof. Eine sehr schöne Strecke, besonders an heißen Tagen, da der größte Teil durch dichten Wald führt. Besonders interesant ist der Waldlehrpfad, der auf der Strecke liegt. Schautafeln erläutern auf eindrucksvolle Weise die heimische Flora und Fauna.
